About Martin Tendler

Martin S. Tendler was VP & Director of Procurement and Logistics at Nestlé Purina from 1974-2016. Graduated from Iowa State University with a Degree in Business and History. His Supply Chain career at Purina spanned many diverse businesses including Pet Food, Protein Technologies, Soybean, Chicken of the Sea and Domestic and International Agricultural Feed Operations. Served on the Board of Directors and Chaired the Highway Committee for the National Industrial Transportation League in Washington, DC. Currently serves on the Board of Directors for the World Trade Center and Chair Emeritus of the Board for The Center of Supply Chain Excellence at Saint Louis University. Marty and his wife Susie spend most of their time at their homes in St. Louis, Mo. and Boothbay Harbor, Me. Spend most of the summer entertaining friends and family from AWAY. Enjoy taking the 5 Grandchildren out on the boat. They like going fast vs. their Grandmother, who likes going slow.
